These clouds greeted my son and I at the weekend when we decided to go for a walk, we did not go far before the rain started so retreated to the nearest cafe!
This winter scene was taken on New Year's Day when it was very cold and frosty, the scene is close to where I live, on the edge of the town where it meets the countryside.
Taken at dawn on a very frosty morning.
I couldn't resist taking a photograph of these tyres all piled up thinking they would make a good monochrome photograph. Hope you agree.
I don't know what these clouds are called but to me they look like they have been painted onto the sky.
We have reached the final letter in the alphabet - Z .....
This photo was taken on Saturday in my local park, the pond was frozen so the ducks were sitting on the grass. The frost has all gone now, it may return later in the week.
Y is for Yorkshire, this photo of my daughter was taken in 2001 on the North York Moors, she was at university in York and this was taken on one of my visits. This photo was taken on my trusty Canon pre-digital and scanned.
