ABC Wednesday - O

O is for the Oxeye Daisy is a native (to UK) wildflower, often seen in fields and on roadside verges. Another of my favourites, these photographs were taken in my garden, I grew them from seed.

This path follows the route of the old railway track, the railway line and station were closed in 1963 by Dr Beeching who effectively cut off many rural town and villages in the UK by closing down 2,218 stations and causing the loss of more that 67,000 British Rail jobs.

Busy, busy

Sorry no posts this week, very busy week, stressed at work, hope to be back at the weekend.

Look what held me up going to work today, luckily a gate
was open about about 1/4 mile down the road.
