One of my friend’s is a wonderful cook, this was dessert the other day when I visited for a meal, it tasted as good as it looks.

ReplyDeleteThat looks like a Pavlova which is familiar to Australians and New Zealanders. Except it would be completely covered in cream and have some kiwi fruit and passionfruit on top, as well.
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious. I noticed the comment which said it looked like a Pavlova which is also what I was thinking. My daughter made one for me once with blueberries and strawberries which was delicious.
