The House Sparrow is widespread through Britain and Ireland and is one of the most widespread species in the world. I love to watch these little birds that often arrive in families to feed several times a day.
Camera Critters is hosted by Misty Dawn, do visit to see many more critters in all shapes and sizes.

I love sparrows. We have a couple of families visiting our feeders, and I love to watch them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful capture of the little Sparrow. I love the green foliage and the shadows... wonderful photo!
ReplyDeleteStar: Now that is one English bird we also have. They even look the same here.
ReplyDeleteHi again. I'm back to ask you to drop over to pick up an award.

ReplyDeleteI love little birds! Nice photo!
ReplyDeleteThey are such energetic little birds aren't they?
ReplyDeleteIf you would like to visit my Camera Critters, they are here and here.
They have become less widespread which I find hard to believe. We do, at last, see them in the garden but there are far fewer in the street.
ReplyDeleteIt's so sweet!
