You would think a photographer would get zoom, but I didn't. My favourite is the zebra crossing. That' superbly photographed with the white building in the backgound.
Every week I am amazed at the variety and at my own dimness at thinking up topics - when they under my nose. Does anybody still call the crossing lights Belisha Beacons ? Great stuff - love the zoom.
Oh that's really neat on the Zebra crossing. Never heard of it but I can definitely see why it is called that. Very nice... the zoom picture is very good!
Zebra crossing. Of course! It reminds me of the differences between the English and American languages. Here a pedestrian street crossing is called (uncolorfully, to be sure) a crosswalk.
I guess I didn't get here on Wednesday--of all the zebras of different sorts, I expected to see a zebra crossing. We don't call them that here, just crosswalk.
Oh, excellent contributions for our Z day! Love 'em! :D

ReplyDeleteI nearly did zebra crossing, too! But then it poured with rain so I thought, I'm NOT going out there, I'm looking for my zebra finch photo's instead.
